1. Order Processing Time: All orders placed on dressvscode.com are processed within 1 - 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding major U.S. holidays). Processing includes order verification, payment confirmation, and item preparation for shipment. Please note that orders placed after 3:00 PM ET on a business day will be processed on the next business day. During peak shopping seasons (such as holidays, Black Friday, or Cyber Monday), processing time may extend to 3 - 5 business days. We will notify you via email if there are significant delays in processing your order.

 

2. Shipping Destinations: We primarily serve customers in the United States and offer shipping to most countries worldwide. However, some locations may be restricted due to international shipping regulations, customs restrictions, or logistical limitations. If your country is not eligible for shipping, you will be notified during the checkout process before completing your order. For U.S. customers, we ship to all 50 states, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories (such as Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands).

        - Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 2 - 3 business days after order processing. This method is available for most U.S. destinations and requires an additional fee, which will be displayed during checkout.

        - Overnight Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 1 business day after order processing (for orders placed before 3:00 PM ET). This method is available for select U.S. destinations and requires a higher additional fee, which will be displayed during checkout.

 

    b. International Shipping:

        - Standard International Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 7 - 14 business days after order processing. Delivery times may vary depending on customs processing in your country, and we are not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections.

        - Expedited International Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 3 - 5 business days after order processing. This method is faster but requires an additional fee, and customs processing may still affect delivery times.

 

5. Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the shipping method selected, the destination, the package's weight and size, and the total order value. During checkout, you can view the exact shipping cost before completing your order. We may occasionally offer free shipping promotions for U.S. domestic orders or international orders that meet a minimum order value; details of such promotions will be displayed on our website or via email notifications.

 

6. Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to track your package on the carrier's website. You can also track your order by logging into your account on dressvscode.com and going to the "Order History" section. Please note that tracking information may take 24 - 48 hours to become available after your order has been shipped, as it takes time for the carrier to update their system.

 

7. Customs and Duties (International Orders): For international orders, customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by their country's customs authorities. These fees are not included in the shipping cost or the order total, and we have no control over them. Customs policies vary by country, so we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information on the fees that may apply to your order. We are not responsible for any delays or additional costs caused by customs processing, and we cannot refund customs duties or taxes once they have been paid.

 

8. Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (e.g., incorrect shipping address, recipient not available, or refused delivery), we will notify you via email. You will have the option to have the package re-shipped (at an additional shipping cost) or to receive a refund for the order (excluding the original shipping cost). If we do not receive a response from you within 14 days of notifying you, we will issue a refund for the order (excluding the original shipping cost) and dispose of the package.

 

9. Lost or Damaged Packages: We take great care to package and ship your order securely. If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us at info@dressvscode.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. For lost packages, we will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue. If the package is confirmed lost, we will either send a replacement order or issue a full refund (including shipping costs) at your discretion. For damaged packages, you must provide photos of the damaged package and items, and we will either send a replacement for the damaged items or issue a partial or full refund, depending on the extent of the damage.

 

10. Shipping Restrictions: Some items may be subject to shipping restrictions due to their size, weight, or nature. If an item is restricted for shipping to your destination, it will be clearly indicated on the product page, and you will not be able to add it to your cart if your shipping address is in a restricted area.
